Based on the mise-en-place method of cooking used in restaurants, these prep bowls make it easy to gather all your ingredients and add them as needed. The stackable bowls are conveniently double-sided, with a deep side for large quantities and a shallow side for herbs or spices. All six bowls fit into the flip tray for the Stages sink.
